Customer Service Advisor LOCATION: Office Based, Darlington, DL1 4XW PAY RATE: £13.07 per hour HOURS: Full time 4 on, 4 off basis, 37.5 hours per week between between 7:15am - 8pm A fantastic opportunity has become available within one of the UKs top service providers, EE. The ability to engage with colleagues and management, focusing on improving internal processes and building relationships. KEY SKILLS * Knowledge of EE products, services, tariffs, processes and business rules * Computer literacy and previous use of contact centre technology * Excellent communication skills * Specialist knowledge in specific areas such as technical, billing, contract, processes preferred. * Negotiations skills for dispute resolution NICE TO HAVE HOWEVER NOT ESSENTIAL * Experience within business customer operations. * Experience of customer service in a contact centre environment * A good understanding of the enabling infrastructure (systems, people and processes) essential to business customer operations.
