Oracle Cloud Security Senior Manager (HCM)

We are hiring for Oracle HCM Security Senior ManagerLocation: Hybrid - 2 days Per Week in London Office Prior experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules and security management. Expertise across various modules including HR Core, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, Profile Management, and Performance Management. Strong understanding of Area of Responsibility (AOR) and its connection with OTBI/BI. Proficiency in using HDL/SHDL for user management and data import. Experience with security governance, SOD controls, and risk management. Ability to develop and manage security roles and automated provisioning rules. Knowledge of SandBox, IDCS console administration, and BI Publisher (BIP). Experience with functional documentation, including business process flows, test plans, and test scripts.
