We are currently looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our dynamic team and help elevate our people to new heights! You will be responsible for the development, leadership and evaluation of the Learning & Development team within the HR function. You will lead in delivering the group training plan within budget and support our Director of People in delivering our people strategy and action plans in line with business objectives. Key responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of 3 direct reports - Being accountable for the end-to-end process of the training cycle, including content creation, training delivery, evaluation, and to actively support the development of a coaching culture across the business to help embed the learnings - Undertaking regular 1-2-1s and PDPs with the team and drive team and individual performance - Liaising closely with Generalist HR, Recruitment and other key stakeholders to drive the People Strategy forward - Managing the Learning Needs Analysis process which occurs twice a year - Overseeing the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and impactful solutions - Assisting with the creation and delivery of various programmes linked to succession planning, attraction and retention of staff, raising the calibre of our People Managers and career development - Evaluating training delivered and providing analysis of the results for reporting purposes to show to the business ROI - Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement - Identifing apprenticeship opportunities within iamproperty and oversee the spend of the Apprenticeship levy through effective management of the iamproperty Apprenticeship Schemes The successful candidate will have: Significant previous experience in Learning & Development with a degree or equivalent training and coaching qualifications Proven track record of creativity and ability to deliver learning activities in a motivating and effective way to a range of audiences A passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Experienced people manager, with proven abilities to coach, monitor and motivate the team Experience of planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting Ability to understand, explain and demonstrate each element of the Learning Cycle Commercially focused with proven experience in demonstrating return on investment across a multitude of L&D offerings Previous experience working within a HR Department is desirable What can we offer you?
