General Manager Boutique Hotel

This recently refurbished hotel situated in a beautiful rural location are currently looking for a General Manager. With 17+ bedrooms and independently owned. This property offers a variety of quality accommodation as well as locally sourced food across breakfast and dinner. As General Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing a small team front and back of house. There is plenty of central support (accounts, reservations, etc). So this would enable you to be very hands-on and focused on repeat custom through high levels of service. This role would ideally suit a Deputy Manager or Operations Manager from a boutique hotel/Inn style background looking for their first General Managers role. You must be an excellent communicator and able to train and manage a team in a close knit environment. Alongside salary there is an opportunity to earn bonus and service charge. AMRT1_UKCT
