The Role: Working as our new Imports Operator you will have a experince of deep sea imports knowledge of this industry with an aim of helping to support a small team to reach its goals in a timely and professional manner. The role will cover all modes of freight, dealing with imports as well as exports operations for sea and air shipments. You will be responsible for completing the entire life cycle of the freight forwarding Import process from initial enquiry through to final delivery and every step in between, delivering the highest calibre of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
