The responsibilities of the successful Learning Support Assistant will include: 1-1 based support throughout the school day Participating in interventions and concentrated support Adjusting learning material and classwork for students Being a role model for the students Providing a safe space for students to express themselvesThe school have a collaborative approach to educating their students, communicating with parents, educational professionals and experts on site. The role of a Learning Support Assistant includes participating in team meetings with teachers, therapists and educational psychologists to tailor education plans to individual needs of the students.
