Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, high-performance architectural solutions. Oversee the implementation of D365 CE architecture, ensuring integration with omnichannel capabilities, case management, and customer service automation. Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in customization, system integration, and solution deployment. 5+ years of experience working with D365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex architectures. ~ Strong background in solution design, data integration, and cloud architecture within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. ~ Experience working in an architect role on end-to-end D365 CE implementation projects. ~ Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
