Technical Supervisor

Job Title: Technical Supervisor - Building Facilities Location: Central London Employment Type: Full Time Working Hours: 42 hours per week (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off) Salary: £53,464 per annum About the Role Are you an experienced technical supervisor looking to take on an exciting role in a prestigious environment? We're seeking a talented individual to lead a team of skilled engineers, overseeing both day and shift teams to maintain the smooth and safe functioning of our operations. In this role, you will ensure that all equipment and services are maintained to the highest standards. Your duties will include: Leading a team of day engineers and shift engineers. Ensuring that all planned maintenance is carried out as per schedule, prioritizing statutory and mandatory tasks. Overseeing reactive maintenance, making sure tasks are completed on time. Ensuring health and safety compliance is strictly followed. Achieving KPIs related to technical service performance and equipment reliability.Key Requirements The successful candidate will need to have: City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent. HVAP qualification with relevant HV experience. IEE 18th Edition Regulations (preferred). ISOH Managing Safely certification. Equivalent Mechanical qualifications will be considered with relevant experience. Experience working within critical environments (e.g., data centres) is highly desirable. Expertise in electrical installation, repair work, maintenance, and general facilities requirements. IT skills for accurate work recording. Strong understanding of statutory compliance in facilities management.Additional Requirements Willingness to be part of an on-call rota. UK Citizenship, as Security Clearance (SC and DV) is required for this role.What We Offer Competitive salary of £53,464 per annum.
