Sales Operations Coordinator


MNI is the leading provider of financial market news, intelligence and analysis on the global fixed income, foreign exchange and energy markets. We have customers in over 40 countries worldwide and due to the continued growth of the company, we are looking to invest in our Sales Operations team to support the business for years to come.


We are looking for a highly motivated, hungry individual to join our dynamic global sales support team. The role will be based in London and will report to the Global Sales Operations Director who is based in New York.


Working with the global sales team, you will have experience in using and managing customer workflow in Salesforce. An analytical approach to working is essential, with the ability to build and run sales and customer reports. Helping to manage subscriptions and contracts, excellent verbal and written communication will be required for contact with customers.


Responsibilities

  • Working with and supporting the global sales team in a variety of daily tasks including but not limited to report generation, contract review, and processing new sales orders.
  • Onboarding customers, maintaining and managing customer profiles and subscription data.
  • Managing and maintaining general sales data in company CRM and other downstream content distribution platforms.
  • Oversee all customer inquiries related to their contract & billing.
  • Managing and maintaining sales process compliance with account managers.
  • Supporting appropriate processes to further achieve the company’s objectives, with the understanding of the key goals and direction of the sales team.
  • Training the sales team to utilise systems that increase sales efficiency, including CRM and additional tools.

  • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and creating efficient processes
  • Ability to show initiative and take ownership of projects from preparation through to execution
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise to manage multiple tasks on tight schedules
  • Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel & Word (preferred)
  • Experience in using a CRM such as Salesforce (preferred)
