Job Title: Mechanical Fitter (Training and Upskilling Provided) Job Location: Crewe, Cheshire Shifts: Mon-Fri 8am 4.30pm (With Flexibility to work shifts) Hourly Rate: £16.06 PAYE / £19.47 Umbrella (Training rate for first approx. 6 weeks) £18.25 PAYE / £23.14 Umbrella (Post training) Hours Per Week: 37 Duration: Ongoing Start Date: August 2024 Industries/Backgrounds Considered: Rolling Stock, Automotive, Marine, Plant, Aviation, Military, HGV Technicians, Assembly, Engineering, Car Garage, Fitter, Rail TRANSITION YOUR CAREER INTO THE RAIL INDUSTRY Shorterm Group are recruiting for over 75 Mechanical Fitters for long term contracts for their major client Alstom to carry out the Mechanical. You do not need to have a Rail Industry background as other Practical Trade Backgrounds will be considered and Paid Training will be provided. Company Summary: Position Summary: Completing Mechanical Overhaul of Rail Bogies.
