La Fosse are partnered with a healthcare organization seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of the Salesforce platform. You'll join a maturing architecture practice, partnering with another SF Architect, becoming the technical lead on a project/programme end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead the Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.
• Act as a mentor and technical lead on Salesforce projects.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect or Consultant.
• Salesforce Administrator and Sales/Service Cloud certifications.
• Expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in the office.
