Coders Connect is excited to partner with a pioneering company that is transforming international sustainability through AI and machine learning. We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist with expertise in large language models and unstructured data analysis to develop innovative solutions for global sustainability.What You'll Be Doing:Lead and manage data science projects, from defining objectives to delivering actionable insights.Apply advanced machine learning, NLP, deep learning, and Generative AI techniques to uncover patterns in unstructured datasets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research experts and domain specialists, to build and refine data classification models.Fine-tune transformer-based models, especially large language models (LLMs), to solve open-ended challenges.Design and implement scalable machine learning models to improve processes and decision-making.Handle labeled and unbalanced datasets, ensuring optimal extraction of valuable insights.Continuously explore and leverage the latest AI tools and technologies, while ensuring ethical AI use.Establish and manage GitHub repositories following best practices for collaborative development.Requirements:Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams.Proven ability to deliver data science solutions using machine learning, NLP, data visualization, and statistical analysis.Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and model optimization, with experience deploying machine learning models at scale.Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery or similar relational databases.Knowledge of the ML project lifecycle and familiarity with MLOps best practices.Strong background in Python, R, and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.Experience in analyzing large, complex datasets and building machine learning models.Familiarity with evidence synthesis, impact evaluations, or assessment programs.Understanding of the MLOps lifecycle and model deployment best practices.Experience in applied life sciences or collaborating with scientists is a plus.Benefits:Be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team pushing the boundaries of AI and machine learning.Opportunity to solve real-world problems using cutting-edge technologies.Competitive salary and benefits package with a collaborative, inclusive culture.
