CNC Machinists

Orbital Recruitment are currently looking for experienced CNC Machinists for our client based in Sutton in Ashfield. Skills: * 3-4 years Machining experience * Flexible with shifts * Expereince using a wide range of machines. * Some programming experience with Radanj Advantageous. Duties * Manipulation of parts using CNC bending/cutting machines/Press Brake * Ensuring qaulity control of all finished products. * General machine maintenance. * Reading of engineering drawings and document control. * Opportunity to progress in a huge organisation. * Using a Boschert CNC punch machine to produce copper components ready to bend to manufacture drawings. * Using a Stierli-Bieger CNC bending machine to produce copper components * Writing manual programs for the punch machine if there is a requirement for any. * Using Radan to re-program any parts that may have wrong dimensions, so that they can be manufactured correctly.
