Electrical Engineer - Nights

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Electrical Engineer - Nights to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Electrical Engineer - Nights who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Electrical Engineer - Nights, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Electrical Engineer - Nights, will be responsible for: * Reactive repairs - replacing sockets, light fittings, re-lamping, fault finding to name a few. * Electrical safety checks * Annual visual inspections of DB's * Emergency lighting checks * Hand dryer inspections * Central battery unit visual inspectio * UPS monthly checks * Ale to work to high levels of health and safety, to have an understanding and be able to follow building statutory requirements. * Ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme To be successful for this Electrical Engineer - Nights role you must have: * The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the construction sector, or similar, and be qualified to either Level 3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and 18th edition. * Hold a full, current, driving licence. * Be IT literate for record keeping, have good customer service skills. * Be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
