Bell Cornwall Recruitment is very pleased to be working with a significant branch of the public sector on a Reward and Recognition focused Human Resources Business Partner role. This role fits within a wider HR team in their Birmingham office.
The Role:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create a plan for employee recognition, both formal and informal
- Develop the pay grading structure to ensure it is attractive and fit for purpose
- Manage internal evaluation of new roles, and undertaking external pay bench marking
- Coordinate events internally to recognise accomplishments
- Contribute to building and maintaining a positive corporate culture
The Ideal Human Resources Business Partner will have:
- Significant experience within HR, ideally with a CIPD qualification
- Experience with managing and implementing reward and recognition programmes
- Proven experience of managing and bench marking pay grades and job evaluations
- Up to date knowledge on employment legislation and law
- Project management experience
