Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Warehouse Administrator to work in their facility in Welshpool  For the successful Warehouse Administrator, our client is offering Salary £27,250 P/A Hours of work Monday to Friday 07.00 AM to 3.00 PM or 08.30 AM – 5.00 PM.  Permanent position Benefits of being a permanent Warehouse Administrator. 4.5% Company pension contribution 3x Death in Service Regular health and well-being appointments with a variety of health providers including Occupational Health Nurses, Podiatrists and Physiotherapists Income Protection Scheme Free Employee Assistance Programme Corporate gym membership Career progression and training   The role: Warehouse Administrator: General SAP support to all logistics and Production users Monitor production orders to ensure they are completed correctly and troubleshoot any inconsistencies Manage the TECO transaction and correct any faults Produce SOPs and provide SAP training to shop floor staff Liaise with Shift Managers and Warehouse Managers to investigate stock anomalies. Carry out housekeeping tasks in the Logistics and Production departments Raise tickets to JIRA for any unsolved problems Maintain a high level of communication with various internal departments Raise purchase requisitions for ordering PPE and consumables Produce weekly and monthly reports Any other reasonable management requests What our client is looking for in a Warehouse Administrator: SAP experience is - ESSENTIAL Previous experience in a similar position within logistics or production  – ESSENTIAL Key skills or similar Job titles as the Warehouse Administrator: Warehouse Administrator, Production Administrator, Logistics Administrator, SAP, MRP, ERP, Stores Administrator For further information about this and other positions please apply now.
