EV Packaging & Compliance Lead18-month initial contractHybrid working - Whitley, CV£31 per hour (Inside IR35) *Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.* About the companyI am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Whitley, who are seeking an EV Packaging & Compliance Lead to join their team Job DescriptionAs EV Packaging & Compliance Lead, your main responsibilities are:Ensuring the Quality and Compliance readiness of the Global Supply Chain Operations, for the transition to electrification at volumeDefining requirements and performing gap analysis, reviewing, and communicating standardsGuiding and assessing the Global Operational teamsOwn the process and governance, of the definition and implementation, of logistics quality and compliance work streamsLiaising with regional analysts, to implement across global footprint Qualifications / Skills neededExperience of battery/lithium-ion technology and regulations, or international logistics regulations and complianceAutomotive or similar industryExcellent project management skillsExperience in working with cross-functional teamsAbility to distil complex regulatory requirements into concise process communications Why work through Contechs?Contechs is a leading Automotive, Design, Engineering, Technology and Innovation Recruitment Consultancy.
