Job Requirements / Description
Our client, a freight forwarder based in Erith are looking to recruit an experienced European Road Freight Operator to join their team.
Duties will include;
- Using customs software
- Completing all relevant documentation for road freight imports and exports
- Various clearances, T1 clearance, end use and return cargo.
- Providing customer service
- Collections and deliveries, maximising profit margins
- Updating rates and schedules
- Invoicing, including Duty & VAT, shipping costs
- Road Freight projects
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 -3 years previous operations experience.
Salary is between 30-35K depending on experience.
