Freelance Quantity Surveyor

Caddy Group are looking to speak with Freelance Quantity Surveyors for 8 months work in Ashford with an immediate start.

You must be able to:

• Deal with subcontractors, claims, queries etc.
• Consult with clients to understand their requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies to vet proposed projects.
• Calculate quantities and costs for materials, labour and timeframes.
• Prepare tender packages and contracts, including bills of quantities.
