Transport Administrator - Part Time Salary: £16,000 p/a Location: Billingham, Teesside Hours: 12:00 - 17:00 - Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week Part Time, Permanent Role We are currently representing a powerhouse in the logistics and transport industry, and they are looking to increase their team due to growth and opportunities arising within the business. The Key Duties of the Transport Administrator Supporting drivers to use the HR & Payroll system to submit timesheets and expenses Checking and authorising driver timesheets Helping drivers with basic questions about their pay & raising pay queries to the payroll team Stock Control & ordering (including Personal Protective Equipment) Administration of Tachograph data (driving hours and activities) Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) administration General administrative tasks The job holder has a responsibility to carry his/her duties in an efficient and conscientious manner and meet the key performance indicator requirements of the position.
