Class 2 HIAB Driver - Immediate start

Driver Hire Basingstoke & Newbury is seeking a dedicated Class 2 (Cat C) HIAB Driver to join our team and work with a highly reputable client based in Fleet, Hampshire who are working alongside National Highways in several projects along the M3. The Role: * Position: Class 2 Driver HIAB Driver * Contract: Immediate Start, with the contract expected to end in January 2025 * Start Time: 7:00 AM * Depot Location: Fleet * Working Days: Monday to Friday (No weekends, but occasional night shift may be required) * Shift Length: 9-10 hours per day * Responsibilities: Assisting the company with the delivery and collecting of construction materials to their current work locations on the M3, using a variety of vehicles with differing HIAB attachments (Brick Grab, Hook, Remote, etc). What You Need: * Licence: Full and valid Class 2 (CAT C) licence * Certifications: Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card, along with certification in all HIAB attachments. * Experience: At least 1 year of Class 2 driving experience, with experience of operating on and around Motorways and Highways. * Skills: Excellent timekeeping and strong customer service abilities * Medical: You will require a valid SC Medical Certificate * National Highways Passport: This is a required document for this role, but for the successful candidate this will be arranged by our client. * Transport: Must have your own transport for commuting to work Why Work with Driver Hire Basingstoke & Newbury? * Competitive Pay: Basic hourly rate of £ 18.67 (£ 20.92 per hour including Holiday Pay).
