Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor wanted for this leading National house builder on a freelance basis to help oversee large residential developments in the Cambridge and Suffolk areas. Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will support the team in the day to day running of selected sites overseeing all commercail aspects and duties. Candidates will need to display previous track record of working with an established house builder in a similar role with COINS experince essential. This is an urgent requirment with the client looking to start the succesful candidate as soon as possible
