School Office Administrator

School Administrator Tradewind Education is seeking a highly organised and efficient individual to provide maternity cover at a Warrington Primary School in a few weeks time. The Warrington Primary School is based in WA2 and was recently rated 'Good' by Ofsted in 2020. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team who are dedicated to providing an excellent education to all students. The successful candidate will receieve an hourly rate of £12.88 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience). Main responsibilities: Promote a professional and friendly image of the school Greeting students, parents, and guests into the school Answering telephone calls and responding to emails - filtering as necessary, and ensuring appropriate action is taken Updating and maintain pupil records Assist with a number of administrative tasks Undertake additional duties that may be appropriate to achieve objectivesThe successful candidate will need: SIMS experience (desirable) Administrative experience To be an organised, enthusiastic individual who can work in a fast-paced environment An Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or willing to process a new one To provide a minimum of 2 professional references including your most recent employment Have the legal right to work in the UKTradewind is renowned for offering top rates of pay, more CPD than any other agency, a great referral bonus, and termly networking & social events.
