My client is a next-generation technology company offering innovative payment gateway solutions, enabling large e-commerce brands to access local payment options across multiple emerging markets globally. Their platform provides online businesses with a single API that connects them to popular local payment methods in regions where 85% of the world’s population resides.
They are looking for a Head of Sales with industry-relevant experience to be based in London to help the company’s continued growth across multiple regions. The role will very much be a player-manager position, and you will manage a team of 11 people spread across the UK and Dubai.
To be considered for this position, they are looking for the following profile and experience:
- A strong background in sales leadership while hitting and exceeding your personal target
- Experience working across high-risk sectors — FX, Crypto, iGaming, etc.
- A high-performance mindset looking to exceed expectations
- Understanding of how to penetrate new territories
- Existing relationships you can tap into within the industry
- Experience in implementing structures and creating playbooks
- A background selling into Latin America and Southeast Asia would be hugely advantageous
