Our client, a well-established GP practice in North London, is seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Salaried GP to join their dedicated and friendly team. The practice has recently undergone a refurbishment, providing modern and well-equipped clinical rooms. With a focus on delivering exceptional patient care, the practice has achieved high QoF scores and fosters a supportive and collaborative working environment. The practice benefits from excellent transport links, being just a 5-minute walk from a tube station, making it easily accessible from London, Hertfordshire, and beyond. As a Salaried GP, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality primary care services to the practice’s growing patient list. You will work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals, utilising your clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical conditions. This position offers the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with patients and contribute to the overall success of the practice. Responsibilities Undertake a variety of duties, including surgery consultations, telephone consultations, home visits, and prescription management Make autonomous decisions in relation to presenting medical problems, whether self-referred or referred by other healthcare workers Assess the healthcare needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems Screen patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness Develop personalised care plans in consultation with patients, adhering to current disease management protocols Provide health education to promote patient well-being Record clear and accurate consultation notes to agreed standards Requirements Fully qualified GP with GMC registration.
