The Role: No two days will be the same.
You will:
- Generate roles to recruit for by meeting new clients, understanding their organisation and how we can support their current and future Recruitment needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with your existing portfolio of clients, to create a consistent job flow.
- Work creatively across multiple platforms to grow a game-changing candidate pipeline and place them in their ideal roles.
- Be a subject matter expert in your chosen market. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, cross selling our products and services.

About you
We're keen to meet anyone that shares our passion for recruitment.

- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment in Professional Services
- Ability to build and retain business
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work well under pressure.
