Key Requirements:

• Qualifications: SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid, and a relevant CSCS card.
• Experience: A solid understanding of Civil Engineering and the ability to manage and supervise sub-contractors effectively.
• Responsibilities:
  • Deliver CDMs, toolbox talks, and task briefs.
  • Ensure the project runs smoothly and safely, adhering to all regulations and guidelines.
