What You'll Be Doing:
- Keep Operations Smooth: Perform fault-finding, problem-solving, and both planned and preventative maintenance to ensure maximum equipment reliability.
- Support Production: Respond swiftly to production needs to minimise downtime and maintain seamless operations.
- Prioritise Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities meet food safety standards, with meticulous and audit-ready documentation.
- Lead Improvements: Contribute to the cultural transformation by identifying and suggesting ways to boost health & safety, operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
- Diverse Equipment Maintenance: Work on a variety of machinery, from manufacturing to packaging systems, keeping everything in top shape.

What We're Looking For:
- Experienced Engineer: Apprentice-trained with a formal electrical engineering qualification and a strong background in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Versatile Skills: Proven expertise in both electrical and mechanical fault-finding, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Valued Qualifications: Ideally, you ll hold NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, 18th Edition Electrical, and an IOSH qualification. Experience with PLC fault analysis is a plus.
