Elevation Recruitment is excited to be working with a steel forgings and castings engineering company in Sheffield to recruit a Test Laboratory Machinist for a permanent position.Test Laboratory MachinistContract: PermanentHours: 37.5 per week, 07:45-16:00, Monday to FridaySalary: £34,466Location: Sheffield Role:Perform heat treatment of test specimens in line with specific instructions.Machine test specimens precisely according to drawings, standards, and specifications.Ensure accurate identification and traceability of machined test specimens.Requirements:Experience with CNC Milling.Strong understanding of health and safety protocols in the workplace.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work with both imperial and metric measurements.
