In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for: * Developing detailed project plans, defining deliverables, and managing schedules using MS Project * Leading cross-functional teams to design, manufacture and build advanced optical systems * Conducting technical risk analysis and ensuring projects adhere to quality standards * Controlling project budgets and preparing cost estimates for client proposals/bids * Coordinating with clients to understand requirements and manage expectations To qualify, you must understand optical engineering principles and have proven project management expertise within the precision optics sector.
