Technical Manager Droitwich – site based Full time, permanent contract (Monday – Friday) We’re currently recruiting for a  Technical Manager at our Droitwich Dairy, your purpose will be to lead the Quality Agenda across the site, ensuring adherence to customer requirements, improve product quality, drive out waste and inefficiency all whilst ensuring there is no impact on product quality, legality or safety. Technical / Quality Manager experience Relevant knowledge and experience in a similar FMCG role is desirable Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills A good technical knowledge of supermarkets food safety requirements plus a working knowledge of their systems Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills Good knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques Excellent communication skills Proven skills in managing and developing a team. Team building skills and strong ability to work cross functionally HACCP Level 4, Food Safety Level 4 #LI-MB
