Graduate Engineer

Graduate Engineer - Reading - up to £40,000 + Benefits - Ref 1752 I am currently recruiting for a Graduate Engineer to work for an engineering organisation based in the UK. Salary up to £40,000 + Benefits. This company works with industry and the public sector, providing consultancy and design services to assist clients in becoming more sustainable. They also support a range of sectors with development of low carbon energy projects (renewable energy generation and decarbonisation strategies) to become net zero. To support the growth of the business and the major upcoming projects they now have the need to appoint a Graduate Engineer on a permanent basis. In this role as a Graduate Engineer, you will be leading the heat network projects they have upcoming. You will form a key part of the team delivering innovative low carbon energy projects. The team covers a wide spectrum of energy solutions including renewable energy generation, decarbonisation solutions, energy reduction measures and the design and implementation of low carbon energy infrastructure. This role is primarily focused on the district heating & heat networks sector, where the company anticipates significant future growth in line with the UK heat decarbonisation strategy and the implementation of heat distribution networks at town and city scale. Essential Requirements: Degree in a relevant Engineering field (Mechanical/Chemical/Renewable Energy) AutoCAD 2D & 3D 0-3 years' Experience Interest in Decarbonisation/Renewable EnergyBeneficial Requirements: District Heating/Heat Networks/CHPs/Energy Centres/Plant Rooms/Heat Pumps/Utilities Piping Design Buried Network DesignThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Engineer to work for a leader within their field where the work is continuously varied keeping you engaged and challenged, with the major projects they have in the near future.
