Job Opportunity: Hand Pickers / Labourers - Recycling Centre (Exeter) We are seeking motivated and hardworking Hand Pickers / Labourers to join our team at a busy recycling centre and landfill site in Exeter. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting through waste materials, picking out valuable precious metals from a conveyor belt filled with rubbish. Key Responsibilities: Sorting and picking precious metals from waste on a fast-moving conveyor belt Working in a small team to ensure the site runs smoothly Remaining on your feet for 10-hour shifts, performing physically demanding tasksWhat We're Looking For: Driven individuals who thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to handle a physically demanding role Comfort with the working conditions of a landfill/recycling centre (which may include dirt and odours)Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:30This is an ad-hoc role, providing cover for holiday periods and busy times, with immediate starts available!
