Salary - £55-58k + Benefits

On-site 4 days per week - Stratford-upon-Avon

As stand-alone HR Manager you will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to develop HR policies, coach and develop Management capability, develop and implement Benefits, and support the business growth through the development and implementation of the People Strategy.

Having worked within a Manufacturing organisation previously, you will have worked with SLT and can influence and support through change and growth.
