The Sales Manager will be responsible for heading up the resale department and driving sales growth in prime central London. They will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, as well as overseeing the sales process from lead generation to close.Qualifications· Proven track record of success in managing a sales team and driving sales growth· Experience in the luxury real estate industry, with a focus on London property· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships· Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail· Minimum 2 Years Prime Central London experience is a must.We are offering a Great basic salary and a fantastic commission structure, with OTE in excess of 300k per annum. .
