Are you a talented Administrator within the Property sector? Our high-level property and surveying client is currently seeking an experienced Residential Property Administrator, to join their team in Dumfries. What you will get in your new role This permanent position offers a salary of £23,500 to £24,500 per annum. Shift pattern is Monday to Friday, with free on-site parking for those who drive, excellent employee mentoring for your career progression, wellness programme and also exciting company social events. Responsibilities within your new role as Residential Property Administrator * Produce accurate and timely reports and correspondence * Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders * Efficiently manage workflow following defined service level agreements (SLAs) and policy * guidelines * Handle client phone calls, schedule instructions, and coordinate appointment times with surveyors * Process fees and payments Your personality, experience and qualifications Previous experience as an administrator or administrative assistant is preferred, particularly within the property, estate agency or surveying sectors. Candidates without direct experience in these fields are still encouraged to apply as training will be provided. You should possess proficiency in a range of computer applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as have a strong commitment to accuracy with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
