Youll be involved in preparing high-quality, fine dining dishes from scratch, using the best seasonal ingredients and working with exclusive suppliers. What We're Looking For: Minimum of 2 years experience in a renowned kitchen, ideally with exposure to South American cuisine A genuine enthusiasm for food, with strong knife skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under pressure while supporting your team A desire to further develop your culinary skills and grow within the industry.
