Stanton Search are partnered with a Fire & Electrical contractor who are looking for a Passive Fire Supervisor to join their growing team. Position: Passive Fire Supervisor / Lead Location: London & South East Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus About the Role. Our client are a Fire & Electrical contractor who specialise in the supply, installation and maintenance of fire safety and security systems, largely within the social housing sector, nationwide in the UK. In the past few years they have grown to a £7M turnover business and are on target to grow to £10M turnover within the next 2 years. Because of this continued growth, were looking for a talented Passive Fire Supervisor / Lead to join the team. This is a unique opportunity where you’d be leading the businesses passive fire delivery, overseeing and managing the remedial works delivery, and ensuring works are compliant, progressing to a Passive Fire Contracts Manager position. You'll be. * Experienced delivering passive fire protection within the social housing/local aiuthority space and have a good understanding of fire stopping, compartmentalisation, fire doors and fire door maintenance – FIRAS certification a bonus. * An experienced Passive Fire Supervisor, undertaking site visits and leading the passive fire delivery team to inspect and audit works, ensuring the passive fire delivery is compliant and up to standard. * Ambitious – we’re looking for someone ambitious to build and lead our passive fire delivery, building out an inhouse team and progressing into a Passive Fire Contracts Management position.
