About the Role
My client, a small London-based hospitality business, is seeking an HR Director to join their team on a a fixed-term contract basis to cover a maternity leave for a period of 14 months starting in December 2024. Reporting to the CEO, this is a standalone role responsible for the full HR remit from both an operational and strategic perspective.
About You
I am looking for experienced HR leaders with a strong track record in managing HR functions for organisations of around 150 staff with a hospitality background. You should have a pragmatic approach to HR solutions and the ability to navigate a range of stakeholders and manage staff on a range of contracts. Candidates for this role must be prepared to work operationally and take on a range of ad-hoc, and sometimes non-HR related tasks to support the business to succeed.
Key Criteria
- Direct experience in the hospitality sector
- Experience leading HR in an organisation of c. 150 staff
- Standalone HR leadership experience
- Resilience and versatility
- Flexibility to be on-site 4-5 days per week
