We arrange the most suitable and appropriate apprenticeship training from one of our partnered training providers.As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in meeting and surpassing our customers' needs. Working closely with our skilled Customer Success team, you will gain the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent support and guidance to our valued clients.Roles and Responsibilities:Assist in onboarding new customers, providing product demonstrations, and guiding them through the setup processRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, striving for first-contact resolutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvementsProactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized support and strategic guidanceContribute to the development of educational resources, tutorials, and other materials to empower customers to maximize the value of our products or servicesDesired skills and personal qualities:Communication skillsIT skillsAttention to detailOrganisation skillsCustomer care skillsProblem solving skillsAdministrative skillsTeam workingPatienceMicrosoft office skillsQualifications:GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A*-C/9-4 or Level 2 equivalent) desirableGCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade A*-C/9-4 or Level 2 equivalent) desirableSalary and Hours:£12,480 per annumMonday - Friday 9am-5.30pm1 hour lunchWhat training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?You will be studying the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship, the typical duration of this programme is 18 months.Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification upon successful completion of the apprenticeshipDelivery method and location of training to be confirmed, but does involve remote learningThings to consider:Pre-employment checks. Please be aware that upon a successful offer of employment the company completes digitalised right-to-work checks and DBS applications via an external provider - 'Matrix Screening'.
