Sales Consultant

Designer Recruitment are seeking a Sales Consultant for a luxury home furnishings showroom in the Stockton on Teesarea. This role will encompass the sales and interior design elements of the furniture for all customers. This is a permanent role offering up to £22,000 per annum + commission for the right Sales Consultant. Sales Consultant duties: Achievingthe sales targets assigned by the Store Manager Maximisingthe conversion rate Managingquotations forcustomers Establishingrelationships with customers Fuelling future visits Managingeach visitor through the application of brand sales ceremonies Welcoming and understandingthe customer's needs to ensure a unique customer experience Communicatingthe brand values, qualities, and advantages of the product Usingthe sales tools (material samples, configurator, dedicated brochure, catalogue) Closing the sale of a product Cross Selling / Upselling of company products Respecting the visual merchandising standards through direct and continuous interventions Managing after-salessupport for customers Participating proactively in training activities and on-the-job training; Experience for a Sales Consultant: 3-5 years of sales in stores Good experience in the Furniture sector Ability to use and promote sales tools to support sales (eg creation of renderings) Excellent sensitivity in understanding and managing consumer behaviour Excellent communication and negotiation skills Team spirit Ability to analyse sales results Designer Recruitment are acting as the employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
