As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the finance team. Process invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders. Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing procedures. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. Handle queries related to financial transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.What you'll need to succeed Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
