You will look after the development of a small team of people and an Assistant Manager. The store Manager will drive the sales through coaching and developing this team. You support the Owners in providing the highest levels of customer service and be able to do basic administration and keep your branch on course for top audit results. You will currently be in Self storage or looking for the next step in your career from Assistant Manager. The role needs you to have a big personality and hold the highest standards in all aspects of your role. The role requires you to hold team briefings and have superb interpersonal skills, so a strong communication background is needed.
