Your expertise will contribute to maintaining reliable systems, enhancing security, and optimising IT services within the hospital environment. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to 2nd-line support requests from hospital staff. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networking, servers, and desktop systems. Collaborate with 1st-line support and other teams to ensure timely incident resolution. Maintain and configure Cisco networking equipment. Monitor backup technologies to safeguard critical hospital data. Administer Windows servers and desktops, ensuring smooth operations. Microsoft 365 and Cloud Services: Manage Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online and SharePoint. Minimum of 2 years in a 2nd line IT support role. Proven expertise in Cisco networking and Windows server administration. Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows desktop systems. Passion for IT and networking. Cisco CCNA or CCNP.
