Commercial Property - Associate Solicitor - Up to £80,000 salary
This award-winning Legal 500 practice is known for its high-quality work and providing specialist quality legal advice to an extensive client base consisting of SME's including a number of investors, developers and lenders.
Due to the expansion of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate team, it is now seeking to appoint an additional Associate with 4-6 years PQE who will be will be principally involved in advising on all aspects of sales, purchases, leases, lease management and bank finance.
The firm is seeking a motivated and technically strong lawyer, who can develop relationships and easily tap into a lucrative client base.
The Candidate
- Commercial Real Estate Associate with 4-6 years post-qualification experience
- Must have a strong academic background
- Development experience would be highly advantageous
- A passion for business development is essential
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
