Enso Recruitment is delighted to be partnered with a local leading Managed Service Provider to recruit for the role of 2nd Line Cloud Support Engineer. Our client is going from strength to strength and this position has been made available due to sustained growth. This position will focus on remote access support and working in customer facing environment to manage and support their IT, Network, System & overall client environments. The Role Creation of User Accounts and Email Accounts Remote Monitoring and Management of Client environments Remote Desktop Support, PCs Laptops, Mobile Devices Preparation and Deployment of new equipment Support of Office 365 Environments, Email, MS Teams File and Folder Permission management Contribution to Technical Documentation Client Site visits Liaising with 3rd party application vendors Networking and Security management including switching and firewalls Anti-virus an Anti-malware management Mail Filtering Backup and Disaster Recovery, physical and cloud Solutions Troubleshooting server issues Assisting with building of Server infrastructures physical, virtual and cloud Troubleshooting network issues Escalation point for junior team members The Person 3+ Years in a similar role providing support on: MS Operating Systems including Windows 11, 10, Server 2016/2019 + Microsoft 365 and Azure Firewalls and Networking Windows Server / Active Directory Anti-virus / Anti-Malware Mail Filtering Server hardware Customer service is vital to the role, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and customer service.
