Role duties:

• Daily accurate reporting and trend analysis related to Warehouse Shift performance. Coordinate and support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Monitoring tools, ensuring its sustainability in line with Operational Management System requirements. Contribute to the planning and resourcing of the correct skill base to meet operational requirements based on throughput volumes and productivity rates.
• To support the Resource Planning & Training Manager with Control Room governance and compliance, to ensure accurate reporting to the operational leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Sound education or equivalent in core subjects
• Strong Administration skills and experience with data entry and manipulation
• High level of IT literacy, Advanced skill level essential
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skill
• Advance numerical and analytic skills
• Ability to produce statistical data and analyse reports
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to follow work procedures
• Good interpersonal, motivational and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Positive, Focused, Can do Attitude, Right First time and deliver work with passion
• Ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
