The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching English, fostering a love of literature and language, and helping students reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative English lessons to students across a range of abilities. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes a passion for reading, writing, and critical thinking. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support development and improvement. Collaborate with the English department to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality teaching and learning. Participate in school activities and contribute to the school community, supporting students' academic and personal growth.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in English. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English literature and language. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A commitment to promoting high standards of learning and academic achievement.
