Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service. Ensure the smooth running of food and drink service, maintaining high standards. Manage rotas, stock control, and ordering to ensure efficiency. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency in service and guest satisfaction. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. Assist with event planning and management, including private dining and functions. Requirements: Proven experience as a Food and Beverage/Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, ideally within a gastro pub or hotel environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. A passion for delivering excellent customer service and enhancing guest experiences. Knowledge of stock management, ordering, and staff rotas. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
