System Architect

System Architect - Linux tuning, low latency / ultra low latency optimisation - London An exciting and brand-new opportunity for experienced System Architect to join an innovative and growing high frequency trading company as they expand their teams in London. This role will see you working within the system team, working on projects to make the company's trading systems faster, more maintainable and adaptable. In addition to a significant base salary, my client also offer a digressionary signing bonus, quarterly bonuses amongst other benefits. You are likely to already have the following skills: Expertise in optimising and troubleshooting of Linux systems Solid experience of low latency and/or ultra low latency computing environments such as HFT (High Frequency Trading), Hyperscale or High Performance Computing (HPC)/supercomputers Comfortable using Linux/UNIX command line tools Python or Shell scripting experience If you're an experienced System Architect with skills in Linux tuning and latency improvement (reduction) then this will be a fantastic career move for you - for more details and an immediate telephone interview please apply today.
